Paula was very welcoming and friendly. She discussed what products she was going to use for the facial I was booked in to get. Niki was great. Fantastic massge But not good room. No reflection on her. It’s hard to relax when there is so much noise coming from the salon. Not just hairdryers it’s the shouting over them. And loud talk even without them. And the bed is too narrow it’s hard to get your arms on it. Really put me off using salon for these treatments

Very relaxing treatment

Service- I went for a keratin blowdry. The service provided by Abbie was great. Considering that the entire process takes approximately 2 hour, she had been very patient, thorough and showed professionalism throughout the procedure. Rate- Since, the treatment was in January offer, I got it done at 55 pounds, which I personally consider was cheap compared to the normal rate of keratin treatments (it was a good offer). However, the reduced rate did not compromise the quality of the service. Staff- One thing that I like about the place is that the staff is friendly. The place is welcoming.

I was in yesterday with Nikki who did such an amazing job of my brow lamination and lash lift and tint. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon and Nikki was so professional, kind and understanding to my needs. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed me how it was looking throughout the treatment. Absolutely so delighted with the results and can't wait to get booked back in with Nikki x
