I had the Bronze package which was amazing and have no complaints! However I paid for the full 1hour30 mins and was disappointed when I realised I only had 1hour 15mins! Obviously by the time I was dressed, out and paid I realised this but too late to do anything! This is the second time this has happened in treatments I have had! Little disappointed in that.

The 'Ultimate Bliss' experience certainly lives up to its name! Booked this treatment a while ago and never could it have been more needed. On a cold and wet day, after a stressful week at work, this was just what the doctor ordered. As always the staff were most welcoming and Gillian explained the many stages of the treatment to me so that I knew what to expect. Wow, this was certainly worth every penny. I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Thank you One Lounge x

I was in yesterday with Nikki who did such an amazing job of my brow lamination and lash lift and tint. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon and Nikki was so professional, kind and understanding to my needs. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed me how it was looking throughout the treatment. Absolutely so delighted with the results and can't wait to get booked back in with Nikki x
