In terms of maintenance, you’ll want to keep your skin smooth, and bump and breakout free, and to do that you’ll need to keep it away from anything that could irritate or infect it. That means no touching your newly waxed skin, staying out of standing water (baths and pools; showers are fine) for 24-48 hours after your treatment, no touching your newly waxed skin, and avoiding heat and sweat (so no full-on exercise, no saunas, and no tanning beds) for 24 hours after your wax.
