Unlike other bikini waxing treatments, a Hollywood wax is a hair removal method that uses hard or strip wax to remove all hair from the bikini area and backside.

Is Hollywood waxing painful and how can I minimize discomfort?

Yes. The skin around your intimate area is particularly sensitive, so to minimise the discomfort you may feel during your appointment, you should exfoliate 2 days before your treatment (this helps to ensure the wax grabs your hair, not your skin) and keep your bikini area out of the sun.
