I had a Hollywood waxing treatment with Sarah and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel completely at ease from the start – professional, friendly, and really thorough. The treatment was quick and as comfortable as it could be, and Sarah’s attention to detail was spot on. I felt totally looked after and will not go anywhere else from now on. Absolute stunning salon, everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Heather was an absolute angel with my consultations and explained everything in so much detail which really helped as sometimes it can be very overwhelming when you don’t understand much of a service. Everything was very clear to me and organised with ease. Can’t wait to come back for my next appointment

Had my toes painted look lovely and had a Hollywood was by carmen have had waxing done for many years but never had one that good before she’s excellent your very comfortable with her and she is very skilled at waxing I would always choose to go back to carmen now for my Hollywood thanks for doing such a good job and making it as least painful as possible

Sanaa did my Hollywood curls on Monday for my birthday and they were so good! My hair felt healthy even though it’s damaged from being blonde and the curls lasted all day for my birthday meal up until Friday! It was my first time coming to the Avenue, all the girls made my experience welcoming and brilliant. I will definitely be coming again!

As always, my eyebrows look fabulous. Communication leading up to the appointment was clear, with easy-to-follow directions to the new location. Dusana is as sweet, warm, kind, and full of life as ever. I always look forward to coming to see her and would recommend her to anyone at all.
