I took my baby to Pom Poms for the second time last week. He had a complete tantrum during the cut, but Lisa was so understanding and somehow managed to give him an amazing haircut while he was freaking out. Very talented staff!

We’ve had 2 great experiences here. Our son’s first haircut was tough as he was screaming and crying but Felicita was patient and let us hold him. We went back for his second haircut today and he was much more calm, they put on his favourite Netflix show to entertain him and he was able to sit on his own for the whole cut!

Honestly impressed how they can cut such awesome styles with kids who are scared or nervous. My child hugged me on my lap the whole time because he is very shy. But Shelly was incredibly kind and did a great job.
