I had a great experience at Josen Head Spa & Beauty. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The head spa service itself was amazing — very soothing and refreshing. You can really feel the difference in your scalp and hair afterward. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and take a break from a busy schedule. Had a great experience. Paulina did a great job washing my hair/head massage. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut and walked me through each step and cut it exactly as I wanted. She was attentive and spent time styling it for me as well.

It was our first time experiencing the head massage. It was quite lovely! Thank you for making it the most relaxing possible. Perhaps offer to put a pillow underneath the knees of some of the clients to avoid lower back pain. Other than that, that was a fabulous experience.

The hairstylist, Paulina, did an excellent job with my hair! It was overall a very relaxing experience as she is very gentle with my hair and scalp xuring hair wash, took care of all of my hair concerns and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair!
