My daughter and I went for a package deal. We were carried on their hands from the word go. The ladies are friendly, polite and well trained. The prices are good and the premises beautifull. I really enjoyed the experience and can recommend them any time. Feeling so relaxed and spoilt.

The young lady "Privilege" who did my nails did them so amazingly and professionaly. I hated almond shape on my hands yet saw it looking nice on others until she did my nails and perfection. She used the right size tips for my little fingers. She did the nails so well. I've never had any technician at BOA do my nails so well as this lady. She's talented and knows her work. I honestly don't want anyone else to do my nails except her and I'll drive from Durbanville to Sandown to do them (that's how amazing she does nails!).

Yet again a lovely experience. The receptionists/managers always offer a warm welcome and a beverage. Thank you Oretha for your gentleness as well as sociability! It was such a good atmosphere being amongst many of the nail techs and having a laugh with them. Oretha gave great advice on my nail health going forward. She was attentive and gentle, yet when it came to the hand massage - AMAZING! Cannot recommend this salon enough. Currently not too busy due to them still being relatively new to the block.

First time at the Sanddown one, reception ladies have great service, very hospitable. My nail tech Ruth is the reason for my 4 and not 5 star. She seemed uninterested, did hear her saying she was very tired, so could be the reason? Didn’t listen when I asked to cut the nail that was broken and lifting, had to ask a few times. Right hand was done well and the left is smudged a bit, wish I could attach photos, didn’t feel comfortable enough to address it because of how she carried herself, a bit offish. Overall, the place is clean, same BOA standards. Would defos be back, just with someone else.

Had the most amazing massage today. From arriving to leaving every single lady was incredible that I met. Mali when booking to Sharlyn and her incredible hands and friendly loving personality. I will absolutely be back - never mind the beautiful garden and decor which is to die for Thanks ladies … Will most certainly be my place to go for a pampering going forward ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had yet another great experience at BOA, however I went for the Royal gel toes and just feel that you pay for the extra TLC. The painting takes up a lot of time (which I understand because they paint beautifully) , but the scrub and massage seems to be rushed a little. Honestly I only choose the Royal gel toes for the scrub and massage. Maybe this appointment needs to be 5 or 10 minutes longer so that more time could be spent on the pampering.

Yesterday my friend & I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment, and I must say, the service was EXCELLENT! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly kind. They made us feel right at home! The massages were truly great and relaxing, and the entire atmosphere was so calm and serene. Everything was taken care of, and we felt completely pampered. I'll definitely be coming back for more. I highly recommend!

Deep tissue massage: I had an amazing experience. The therapist was professional and communicative. The massage was a 10/10. I was also offered bubbles and water. I would recommend it anytime

I have no issue with the lady that assisted me. I do however want to mention, management needs to train there ladies the correct treatments. I booked for a foot massage and was so looking forward to it but I got more of a leg massage. Left disappointed as the other treatment of a nail paint was great!!

The overall experience was incredible. The ladies who gave us massages were professional and friendly. The host made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I'd definitely highly recommend this.

It was the most amazing, relaxing Champagne pedicure. No hurting of my cuticles at all, gentle massage on my legs was amazing.
