I am delighted with the service, my nails are beautiful. Alita is a top professional, very meticulous and precise, and that was very important to me. The staff is very friendly, the place is extremely clean and pleasant and I will definitely use the services of the salon again because I am a resident of Abu Dhabi. I recently visited the nail spa & overall the service were good. prices are on the higher side, similar to other nail salons in the area, so I was expecting a premium experience. However, I was quite surprised that drinks were not complimentary. I was given a menu & asked to choose, drinks were chargeable. In most nail salons, drinks like coffee or tea are usually offered for free as part of the experience. It’s a small detail, but it does affect the overall impression especially considering the pricing. I hope the management reconsiders this, as it’s something customers appreciate & expect.
