Speechless. My spouse and I had a celebration and this was the best experience our entire trip in Dubai. We did the wedded couple package and enjoyed every moment. Cham Cham and SEM gave amazing massages and facials. They also catered 2 rounds of tea, a birthday cake and a fruit platter. This could never compare in Canada. Additionally, Cham Cham recommended some great products for my skin after going to work on my face. 1000/10. Service, cleanliness, results, privacy, high quality and definitely demure. Dubai may be far, but I know anytime I come back, it will be here.

This spa is beyond expectations. The staff are so professional and knowledgeable, they are attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the spa is incredible, I had a body scrub so needed to take a shower, the shower was spotless clean. A definite recommendation for anyone who needs a little pampering.

This is the best Moroccan Hammam I’ve had in Dubai, went twice and was not disappointed. The product and hygiene were excellent. The therapist “Fateha” was awesome. I even tried with her the lymphatic drainage massage it was amazing and to the point feels like it’s done in a professional clinic. I can’t wait to repeat the experience of both the moroccan Bath and the lymphatic Massage.

The spa’s atmosphere is super relaxing and very clean. I love their service offerings, and every treatment was done professionally - especially their hammam. I’ve done many hammams in Dubai but this is the best - special thank you to Dewi for her amazing services, and to the friendly and welcoming receptionist Faye who makes online communication a wonderful process and accommodates the client in the spa, taking her time to explain the services to the client and making them feel valued and welcome. Thank you to the entire staff for being friendly and hospitable, and making every visit special.

I had an amazing experience at ZAAZ Spa. The entire visit was excellent from start to finish. I booked a deep tissue Thai massage with Prithee, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had it was incredibly skilled, thorough, and exactly what my body needed. I also did a hammam treatment with Zara, which was equally fantastic. The treatment was relaxing, professional, and left me feeling completely refreshed. I would highly recommend booking with both Prithee and Zara. They were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back.
