One of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! Jill truly cares about what she does and doesn’t rush the process. I have curly hair but living in NY, the water makes it so stale and flat. She cut it in such a way that it brought my hair back to life and gave me advice on how to make the most of my curls. I tried her technique immediately the next day and my hair has never been curlier! Thank you so much Jill and I will definitely be back!

i love this salon. i felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment i walked in. all of the stylists were so friendly. my shampoo was the gentlest head massage. liyah was amazing and talked me through the whole process letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. she also gave me great advice on what i could do to my hair at home to get the results im seeking with hair health, length, and thickness. the results were beyond my expectations. i havent been to a salon in years bc of ptsd with getting butchered haircuts and blow outs but h2 has restored my faith. i will definitely be back!

OMG, I got my haircut from Andrea and she is AMAZING. I have curly hair and havent gotten it cut since the pandemic started, PLUS I also had a baby, so it was looooong. She dry cut it and worked through my curls and did such a great job. I feel like a new person - with bouncy, well-styled, no-longer-straggly curls. THANK YOU!

Paul and the whole team at Self were amazing. They have great safety protocol in place and still created a calming salon experience. The haircut from Paul was exactly what I was looking for! As a curly hair person switching your stylist can be scary, but I'll definitely be back!!

I had a great experience with Gina. This is my first time getting a short hair cut and she answered every question and made me feel very comfortable and took me through it step by step to the length that I will feel more comfortable in. My experience with Gina was amazing but the lady at the front desk with the long straightened hair was very rude to the stylist in which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that I had an overall good experience and I love my haircut

Loved the atmosphere of the salon. Liyah my stylist was awesome. My haircut and style came out great. I have tried out a couple of salons/stylist during my natural hair journal and I always left feeling disappointed and needing to continue my search….search is over. Gina was so amazing! My hair was dead and flat when I came in. She listened to what I wanted out of the haircut and recommended some solutions and did such an amazing job. I can’t recommend her and this salon enough after encountering so many bad salons in Brooklyn. So happy to have FINALLY found a salon I plan on coming back to for future haircuts.

I’ve got to say, this is hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. Eugene was very welcoming and made the whole experience really enjoyable. He explained what he was doing step by step, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I really appreciated how he took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my visit as a first time guest at H2. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was instructed to wash my hands and have my temperature. Shortly after, my stylist Lauren greeted me and offered to hang my coat. Through every step of the process - I received a haircut - Lauren was so kind, and handled me with such care. Upon completion, she recommended the next press visit, and the next cut visit appointments. I will be back!

Marq is the best! He’s meticulous, kind, patient and gentle with your hair. He really takes the time to listen to what you want and get it just right. Eugene is excellent! I felt really heard, the haircut is exactly what I had in mind! My hair tends to look like a mushroom because of how thick it is, he resolved the issue and gave it texture and lightness! He is also just great company, making good conversation and creating a comfortable space for the customer to relax and enjoy the experience! Highly recommend!

Much needed perm and haircut. Candice cut and styled my hair that is flat teringto my face. Love it.

My haircut is so beautiful and I feel so well taken care of. When I arrived I was given cozy slippers and a cup of tea. I truly felt like I was getting my hair done at home :) Elias worked with my hair. It wasn’t the type of situation where it’s copy paste. He got to know my hair and worked with my hair in a way that was unique.You will feel so comfortable and so beautiful 💕. I highly recommend getting your hair done with Elias.
