This is my second time going to Erika who gave me A lash lift and tint which I love so much! this is how it looks after one coat of mascara but it doesn't even need anything because she makes my natural lashes look amazing! it lasts between 8-12 weeks-highly recommend! also, the spa is beautiful and Erika is knowledgeable and personable

This was my second appointment with Erika, a Lead Expert at Biologique. We added the microblading service to my regular facial this time and I truly left feeling INCREDIBLE with immediate results. I have never felt so good in my own skin. I am always impressed by how knowledgeable Erika is about the product and services. She is incredibly gracious with her time and you never feel rushed out, but that you received even more value than what you spent for your service. Erika is wonderful. I've now had two facials with her and my skin has never looked better. I've got a highly sensitive skin type, rosacea, topical allergies, and am very fair-skinned. As we've worked together, she's made recommendations that balance improving my skin both immediately and protecting it long term. Especially with the Florida sun, Erika has provided me with routines for normal days or days when I am out swimming or surfing, which used to be obvious. Looking forward to my next visit!

Keisha was professional and courteous from the first phone contact all the way through to the last braid of my granddaughter’s massive head of hair. Not one “ouch” came out of my baby’s mouth! I could have never had that result! Thank you so much.

My daughter had her hair braided today for the first time; Allre was terrific. Extremely professional and answered all my questions. Everybody there is very friendly. I’ll bring my daughter back in couple of weeks for sure.

Some may think that a hair stylist not showing up is a nightmare. However, these ladies are so skilled it was a breeze for another stylist to pick me up. And boy was she amazing! She even assisted me with finding the hair I needed and gave tips on how to upkeep the style. I loved and adored my stylist. She's relatable and funny. Can't wait to go back.

Today was my first time having a professional care for my locs, I have had locs since 2011. I am beyond happy with customer service and hair care I received at this establishment. I will be returning. Special thank you to Rackell & Ricea for an awesome job and customer service!!!. Also I would like to add that the shop was clean and they are following infection control procedures so that it is safe experience for customers and for the stylists as well. Mask is required and plenty of hand sanitizer available.

Beauty Ambassade is a devine spa. Today I did the MBR body glow and it was a very much needed treatment as it was relaxing and melted tension from all over my body. It also made my skin glow and hydrate. Erika provided me with an excellent quality treatment. I cannot wait for my next experience.
