10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. The entire process was smooth and I loved how soft and shiny my hair looked afterward. Jamal truly knows what he’s doing and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!

Prices are clear and visible before booking and there is no bait and switch. I came in requesting several different treatments for my hair. My stylists’ first priority was the health of my hair and not the profit they’d make from my requests. They recommended the steam and protein treatment for my hair (natural 4C) in addition the the silk press is initially requested. My style has left me feeling put together and lovely.
