Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

I usually go to the Alkhesa branch, and the vibes there are different—more relaxed than at the Izghawa branch. The staff at the Alkhesa branch are attentive, but anyway, thank you for having me

My experience was great the moment I walked in till I left Friendly staff who all greeted me I was taken care by Helen who welcomed me & explained my package I took of the promotion. Of hair treatment, facial & massage Helen has good energetic massage hands & I had an amazing Power Nap whilst been massaged & went through every procedure of mine in detail. The service was very good, the treatment of the ladies are friendly but the room needs to be more relaxing and comfortable for the client. There is no hook to keep your clothes, there is a big mirror but it is on the floor, so you can't see yourself in it when dressing. The room is opened on the top so you can hear everything the people saying outside at the nail station and there is no relaxing music. Plus when you turn on your back, you face vents and AC tubes, its cold. Plus I would like better quality of oil used on the body, QAR300 is not a cheap price, the products should show that.
