Had to rearrange my hair appointment because Chloe had Covid but an appt for the next day was organised quickly and efficiently and the cut was done very well by Rachel - I’ve had my hair done by both these lovely girls over the past couple of years and the experience is always good with friendly conversation and a real attempt to please. My haircut today was exactly what asked for delivered in friendly, comfortable and easy going surroundings. What more could you want?... Thanks Identity

Love my visits to see Rachel and Valarie. They both provide a top service and Valarie always knows what I want from my hair. Rachel is so good at helping me pick colours for my hair and gets it right every time.

Always a good welcome at Identity. All the staff do their best to deliver just what their. customers want. Clare cut my hair today and listened carefully to my description of what I was visualising…then a lovely shampoo and head massage along with a blether with others in the shampoo area. My cut was well done and the finished product was what I requested. An all round good experience. Thank you 👏👏😊

Identity offers the option to get a fringe/neck trim between appointments free of charge. I called today to request this and they accommodated me gladly with a convenient appointment, although it’s not necessary to book. This is a real bonus. Thank you Chloe. I’ll be back for a cut and blow dry in a couple of weeks.
