really good, lovely stylist, nice and clean, easy to find. didnt overly push me to buy products which I liked, and the seats/back wash were comfy. all staff seemed friendly. cons - not the cheapest. I had the kerastraight ultimate and didn't really get a hair analysis like the kersastraight brand says should be done before treatment is applied. also I had a knot in my hair and my god, stylist tugged so hard I had to say please stop. I would return, but I would be more specific in what i want.

Had my first visit to Scissorz today for a cut and blow. Michelle was very attentive and friendly and cut may hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will be going back on Friday for a colour. Lovely girl, very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks Michelle! See you soon! x

Really happy with coming back to the salon, where the manager was able to help fix an issue I was having with the hair. She definitely restored my faith in the salon and was very patient when listening to my concerns about my previous appointment.

Vicky is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! I get bleach baby lights/highlights and my hair has never been in such good condition. I always come out happy with my hair and she does an amazing head massage when washing my hair!

I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Lauren does my hair perfect everytime. If you want hair extensions then honestly don’t look no further mine last ages and such good quality

The service was amazing. The salon is peaceful, but warm and welcoming. Nia cut my hair like I always wanted it to be and I left the salon super happy. I found my forever hairstylist. Def will be back.
