Such a relaxing treatment oils smelt wonderful :-)) Left feeling as if I’d been for a real spa treatment the heated blanket & weighted eye mask really helped me unwind plus a lovely touch of a herbal ginger @ lemon tea at the end Thank you I’ll be back x

Karen is fabulous. My hair has been in the best condition since she has being doing my hair and it’s made me realise how bad previous hairdressers were and how badly they damaged my hair. This is not the cheapest salon in Southsea but I’ve realised that you get what you pay for and the top quality products they use on your hair alongside Karens expertise makes it worth every penny.

I have been very nervous to come and get my hair done professionally after a not so good experience. This led me to dye by hair at home. BIG mistake. I had 3 different colour going on and I needed it fixed as I'm getting married in June! Cairo was nothing but understanding and informative, and I had complete trust in her. I've somehow left with my natural hair colour and in great condition even after bleach! She's incredible and I can't wait to go back again in 6 weeks to achieve my dream hair all ready for my wedding day.

A dip in a pool had really rendered my hair in poor condition. Sian knew exactly what to do to get it back to it's usual glossy shine. Always works to fit clients in when super busy - great colour and cut to boot - alround top service

Ruby is an artist—she gave me back my faith in hairdressing. My hair was in terrible condition, and she was able to turn it blonde without any yellow tones. My hair also looks so much better in natural light; the blonde really pops. I woke up this morning with a ‘hell yeah, I am beautiful’ feeling, and it’s all thanks to Ruby. She is also a lovely person—a true conversationalist with a kind heart—so I highly recommend her services. Thank you for making me feel beautiful(er).

Jessica was great, she listened to what I wanted and fully delivered. My hair looks fab and in such good condition, will definitely be back.

Another great experience with Ruby. She created the perfect bob—my hair is silky, with no frizz. Unlike other hairdressers, she truly “understands” the complexity of length and never goes scissor-happy. She also gives the best hair advice, and currently offers 20% off all Kérastase products, which is great—no delivery fees 😄

Stephen is an amazing hairdresser. It is rare to find someone who is so creative and cares about the condition of someones hair before just putting loads of hair dye on. He does a full consultation and listens to whatover the years he has transformed my hair from dull and dry to so smooth and glowing.

As usual, Casey made a lovely job of my hair. Unfortunately I suffer with Alopecia and she is so gentle and understanding of my condition. I love coming to this salon.

Lovely service Helen was really upstanding of curly hair I also had the k18 treatment before and after to help with the bleaching process Helen did my fine baby highlights just right making my hair looking really natural I also had my curly hair diffused I'm a very happy customer my favourite hair salon also thanks to Izzy the new apprentice for washing and conditioning my hair a lovely friendly girl thanks
