Every time I go to Alma, I have the best time. Sandra is so knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond to pamper you. I have been suffering from skin breakouts because of hormonal changes, and she guided me on what I need to do to improve it in a non-invasive way. I strongly recommend her work—she is the best on the Gold Coast

Cosimo is fantastic at what he does. I had my hair coloured, a treatment and cut. I left with soft, shiny hair, styled to flatter and last. Cosimo listened to what I wanted done and made great recommendations. I would definitely return to Cosimo to get my hair done the next time I’m visiting the Gold Coast.

Saffron did an amazing job fixing my hair after another salon had badly botched it just a week earlier. With Cat's advice and expertise, they completely transformed it from something I was embarrassed by into hair I can finally be proud of and show off. Cosmico is very warm and genuine. For the first time in a couple of years I had my hair cut as his experience shined through. I felt I could trust his honestly and feedback with the condition of my hair. The foil placement was spot on and exactly how I wanted it to look. The colour was also perfect and really was the best result I have got in the Gold Coast since moving here three years ago. Cosmico is a diamond here on the Gold Coast, he goes above and beyond in terms of his expertise and personable experience. I finally found my go to hairdresser here on the Coast!

Lucy is a gem. She has the best hands. I have never experienced such a great head massage and scrub they way she did mine. My hair felt super clean. Lucy is a great asset to your company. She is professional, kind-hearted, bubbly, listened to how I wanted my hair done and made me feel great about myself. I'm from Melbourne (the lady with the fractured wrist). I’ve been visiting Elise Rae for 2 years, and Im so grateful to have found them! The staff there have become like friends, always welcoming and warm. They consistently deliver perfect results on my long blonde hair in a super efficient manner—I'm in and out without feeling rushed, and my hair always looks flawless.
