Did a Hydra facial and took a service from Neetu. She is extremely good and helps relax. Totally recommended. Tha salon too has a great environment and the entire staff is warm and welcoming.

Omar is the best! My son has been going to him since he was just a wee little guy and Omar has managed to do an amazing job every single time regardless of how much my son moves. And he moves a lot! Also cuts my and my brothers hair. Very clean and safe salon. You don’t have to worry about your safety there. Get out of the house and treat yourself & get your hair and beard done. It will do you a world of mental good too. 😉

Loretta was lovely, I had quite damaged hair so I came in for a deep conditioning and she brushed my tangles so delicately which I was really appreciative for. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was because my sensitive skin had a reaction to the lash tinting. It was my first time so I don't blame the salon at all.

Fari did my facial & whitening , it was great as usual highly satisfied with her performance skills . Selena did ny waxing and it went great as well. Maria did my pedicure and it was a good job too . Overall an excellent experience it was to get my services from this salon .

Service was amazing but the atmosphere gave me headache, staff were fighting with each other, it’s was so chaotic and loud , I felt like I was in some Indian neighborhoods with lots ladies and politics. I paid for one hr service receptionist had the audacity to barge in the service room and tell therapist to finish it off as soon as possible……hello I paid for one hr…..there is something called customer service. I think management need to impart training to stuff before letting them sit in front of the salon. Only saving grace was service provided by Sajida. Two receptionist needs training.

This salon is a great place, but the staff never work as a team. Not just today, everyday it’s the same. They hold back grudges towards each other and towards the customers as well. This creates a very uncomfortable, toxic environment for us.

I'm so happy with the outcome of my eyelash extension. First, I was actually hesitant as I've been in other salons. I paid 300AED just for eyelashes, and they only last for 1 week. With the overall result, I'm amazed, Lina the Vietnamese lady is so accommodating, and she will not start til you guys agree on what lashes and the style; she will explain 1st everything what the cons of having the length or style you will choose so you won't be surprised on the result. She's really nice and never lets me go until we're done before she accommodates another client.
