Excellent service as usual. Staff very friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘The Parlour’. Jamie always spends the time to find out if I’ve been happy with my previous visit and discusses what I would like done before starting. She does an excellent job on my hair.

Great cut and colour as always by Adele Felt quite safe as the girls all had visors on. Covid protocol still in place. The staff are all very friendly and make you very welcome. High recommend Mono for service quality hair care and welcoming atmosphere

I went to Mono today for a hair up appointment for a charity ball. Mono is not my usual hairdressers, but they managed to fit me in at short notice with Sam. She was lovely and I've walked away with my hair done perfectly, I'm really pleased with my hair and would recommend Sam for hair up to anyone in the future.
