I had such an amazing experience with Bianca today. She did my highlights, toner, and blow-dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Bianca is incredibly professional, skilled, and experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and looked after me throughout the appointment. She regularly checked that I was comfortable and made sure everything was okay, which made the whole experience so relaxing. She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. My highlights look beautiful—the best I’ve had in a long time—and I left the salon feeling so happy and confident.

I hadn't had my hair done professionally for many years and I was nervous and anxious about having it done, especially having a completely new style and very bold colours. Lee made me feel very at ease and listened to what I wanted and helped me feel confident about my choice.
