Kay did a great job. I was hesitant to try a new stylist as my mother has owned her own salon for 25 plus years (back east) so I'm very knowledgeable about the business and process and am picky about anyone cutting my hair. I've tried a few local stylists however they never seemed to take the time to listen to what I wanted. Kay listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm very pleased. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend her, she is talented and listens to her clients.

Phoebe was great! I miss the days bang trims were free for customers. Now, not only is there a charge, there’s an “anticipated” 30% tip expectation on top of it - I guess that’s because if one only tips 20% it looks kind of pathetic - Phoebe was great, but I only tipped 20%. Getting one’s hair done these days is just so expensive. Getting my bangs trimmed for free following made me feel a bit better about what I’d spent :(
