Went to Sophie for a haircut and colour today and I couldn't be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure to ask clarifying questions before starting. Throughout the process, she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Sophie's expertise and attention to detail truly showed in the final outcome. I haven't felt this confident and satisfied with my hair in a long time. I highly recommend Sophie for anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable hairstylist!

I’d give Janelle 10 stars if I could. She’s a sweetheart and took the time to listen to what I truly wanted. While our time was long, given my hair was previously dyed and is super thick, she is the first stylist I’ve had in years to really take the time and give me what I was asking for. The atmosphere at R&R was welcoming and relaxing. Janelle and I chatted and I felt like I knew her forever. I’m so happy with the outcome and looking forward to my next appointment. Absolutely loved my appointment! Lori was super friendly and listened to what I wanted. It was my first time getting colour in my hair in about 2.5 years. I am beyond happy with the results. My hair is going to look fabulous for pictures we have coming up this weekend. I also loved that she has affordable prices and made it so my highlights would show while wearing my hair up or down. Great appointment! Janelle has a very calm personality and her little massage at the beginning was amazing! Music in the salon was a lot less loud than my previous visit which I loved and appreciated as someone who gets overwhelmed easily. Very happy with my hair cut. :)
