I had an amazing experience today with Jeongmin! I showed her my inspiration and she took the time to understand what it was about it that I liked. She was meticulous with cutting my hair as I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair and took the time to examine it even after blow drying. It's been a long time since someone has paid that much attention to my hair. I went for an entirely different look than my typical trims so I appreciate that she was so attentive. I felt so comfortable. We had fun visiting while she worked. She helped me feel right at home. I’m grateful for the extra time she took to explain the process and answer all of my questions.
