Ethan helped fix highlights I had done a couple days ago that did not turn out very well. He was very professional and took time to address my concerns with kindness and understanding. I had an amazing experience today with Jeongmin! I showed her my inspiration and she took the time to understand what it was about it that I liked. She was meticulous with cutting my hair as I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair and took the time to examine it even after blow drying. It's been a long time since someone has paid that much attention to my hair. I went for an entirely different look than my typical trims so I appreciate that she was so attentive.
