Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Lovely friendly staff. Paula really listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She also applied a mask for my dry hair which was a lovely surprise. I was impressed with the attention to detail and great advice. Monika was also delightful to me even though she was styling another person's hair. Will be going back for sure. Good value for money and in a great location for me.
