I'm giving the stars to T-Kay, cause he did a really nice job on my pedicure, my manicure and my mom's pedicure. But the starts should not go to the place or his colleagues. We had made called 2 days in advance for two people at the same time. They booked me in with T-Kay at 10am and mom at 10am with Desiree. I received a confirmation email for both. The morning of Desiree never showed, T-Kay helped both of us but since it took longer than we planned we had to cancel half of my mom's appointment. T-Kay was amazing, but we were very disappointed in the rest of it..

I absolutely loved my experience with Janie! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. On a cold winter day, she even gave me a warm bean bag, a cozy blanket, and a steaming cup of coffee, which made the experience feel extra special. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and gave great advice on which gel colours would suit my skin tone best. She also worked wonders on my dry cuticles and paid such close attention to detail. I really liked the massage. She has a very nice technique. Pressure was very light at the start but she did ask if it was okay where I said that she can increase the pressure a bit. From there on it was very good. I can't really judge on the manicure and pedicure because I have never had that done before.

I had my first visit to Veloura and it was a wonderful experience. I booked a mini manicure and absolutely loved it. My nails were a mess, but Janie worked her magic and put so much love, care, and attention into them. The result was amazing. I left feeling pampered and will definitely be back!
