Loved it at The Nail Haven in Barry. We booked the LVL lashes and were very pleased with how they turned out. Faye was super friendly and professional. She has created a very relaxing and welcoming space and I can't wait to return.

Firstly congratulations on open new clinic:) I am attending Svetlana's treatments since 2017, and always have a great experience. Her knowledge about the human body and her treatments are amazing. From the pedicure treatment ( involving removing the dead skin and working with the health of the nails), to choosing the best quality of the nail polish, to the facial treatments and massages, as well as her very unique sugar hair removal procedures are all making me feeling very confident. I am so glad that Svetlana has managed now to share her expertise and world training with Barry.

Amazing service, lashes look fab. Such a relaxing environment.

I've wrecked my nails with a stressful week and picking off my gel polish. This left my nails thin, brittle and sore. Faye waved her magic wand and had managed to apply builder gel in a gorgeous nude pink and I feel pretty again. Thanks beaut x You're incredible x

I treated myself to a wax, nail, and massage session and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The new beauty salon is fabulous. My skin felt smooth with no irritation after waxing, my gel nails were flawless and my back felt much better on leaving after some osteopath treatment and massage. Overall, this beauty session was the perfect self-care treat. Svitlana is always friendly, skilled, and clearly passionate about what she does. I have been going to Lana for 5 years for various treatments, she is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She makes me feel so comfortable and at ease - Lana is such a kind friendly person who always makes you feel your best when you leave. The salon is gorgeous and immaculate ☺️ I can’t recommend enough!

I can’t recommend Svitlana enough. She goes above and beyond every time. I have been struggling with stress, tight muscles and cramping. She has used osteoarthritis techniques to assist me and lessen all pain / stress. She really does care about her customers like I haven’t seen before. Highly recommend as a massage therapist.

Kim is a fabulous woman. Her studio is relaxing the minute you walk in. I had the best back massage, where Kim is surperb in finding and focusing. An endless massage until I felt relaxed and the beginning of healing. I know I need more work in certain areas and I shall be making more appointments. Worth every penny. Highly recommend Zen Botanical. Thank you Kim. My pedicure and manicure is tops, lovely colours to choose from.

Such a lovely relaxing time,a lovely chat and not a rushed as who doesn't like a few hours away from the daily routine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Svitlana is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her pedicures and nail treatments are always perfect, and she really puts care and attention into every detail. Also osteopath treatment which has helped with my problems, I really value how much she looks after her clients and the effort she puts into every treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, her clinic is absolutely beautiful and professional — she truly has a magic touch! I wouldn’t go anywhere else 💅✨

Had a wonderful experience today - I won the winter rest package experience through a local radio competition and it was such a lovely experience - I had never experienced any type of massage therapy before and I came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed and much more connected to my body too!
