Great experience! It was my first time getting bio gel extensions and Zeel was very accommodating with my lack of knowledge/the changing of my shape throughout the process. Yesterday was my first appointment with Lanna, to remove my existing Gel-X set and start over with fresh nails using the hard gel application with a solid color. She's clean and professional. She actually took the time to soak off my old set so that my natural nails wouldn't get damaged. No nail tech has done that before since they're only interested in ripping them off as much as possible and drilling down my nail bed (ouch) for the sake of speed. She has a sweet personality and very much a people person. I look forward to continuing my nails journey with her services. Thank you Lanna!

I like that Kim is very thorough, and the wax studio is clean and neat. The onboarding process for new clients is straightforward, there's ample street parking. Five stars for servicing all genders.
