The colourist is very good and she listens carefully to make sure as a customer you get what u want...this is my second time to do coloring with her and it was fabulous 👌 Bless her The meni padi was v good as well I will definitely get my nails done there

The gel removal was great, nice friendly and efficient lady. However when i asked about a massage, the lady just shouted from the room at the back. So i will be booking my massage elsewhere. Not very good customer service if someone is shouting from the back of a room and cannot take 2 mins to explain the massage.

A great experience! It is a very nice, cosy, and extremely friendly salon. I went for the foot spa and kid's nail polish application. My 4-year-old wanted to come with me, and I decided she could go through with the nail polish; the lady was super friendly and careful with the application. Amazing first experience for my daughter. My foot spa was amazing, too, nice and relaxing. I love the nail polish and how the feet are soft after the treatment. Definitely I recommend the Elle et il! Thank you :)
