Today I had my full body massage with Laura. I can't recommend this lady enough! From the minute I have arrived until the minute I left , I felt so relaxed , because Laura was very friendly and welcoming, the environment was amazing and the massage was amazing as well and that was the first time when durring the message I was able to fully relax and nearly fall asleep. I definatelly will be coming back.

Sherie was really attentive and made me feel very relaxed. She has a great personality and it was nice to have someone engaging. I had a brow lamination and they have come out beautifully. The best brows I have ever had. Who knew that I had brows after over plucking in the 90s! Thank you…I will definitely be booking again!

Laura makes you feel si at home,she is amazing at what she does ,I loved every part of it .I have had many massages but this hit different ,every part of me felt so relaxed and I felt a million times lighter after .Laura really cares about how how massage clea ses your body and mind and this is shown in how she listens to your needs and putts them into practice ,making sure you get the best results out of your massage tailoring it to your heth needs to. I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I felt like a new person after this appointment. It was a bit of an unusual situation where I’d been away and over-trained and ended up carrying tension in my muscles giving me a large amount of pain, but after seeing Laura that was all gone. I hadn’t realised how much it was affecting me until I could move freely again, what a relief. She’s got a nice little setup with free parking too, always a win if you’re tight on time. And I just liked her instantly, she felt very ‘human’ rather than overly professional and detached (and I mean that in a really positive way).

As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.
