I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. Eyebrow waxing - very professionally done. The process was explained at each step. I think this would be very reassuring for someone who hadn’t been waxed before. The room was pristine and relaxing. Definitely would book again.

I go every three weeks for health reasons, I have fibromyalgia, cervical spondylitis and lower back disc problems… she is just amazing. I go for the full works £45 for 2 hours whole body just wonderful. I have had lots of different massages from other places, but she’s the best I’ve had by a country mile x
