The vibe of this salon is pure luxury! Caitlin is lovely, was so chilled out I fell asleep when getting my lashes done then woke up to pure glam. Would highly recommend! You need to book in.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. I had a nail appointment with Lauren today for BIAB. I’m new to getting my nails done and have been going to the same tech/salon for a few months and getting constant infills. It turns out they weren’t being honest about the health of my nails and about removal between infills. Lauren was not only lovely in general but so so honest! She educated me a lot and asked me to stay in touch with photos of my damaged nails. I will definitely be returning for a service when my nails are healthier ☺️

I have been going to Kristine for years for colour & extensions and she understands my hair so well, I never leave disappointed. I love how attentive the whole team are and the atmosphere throughout the salon is always welcoming and cheerful. I took my little boy (10 months old) today for his first hair cut as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his hair, Kristine & Leigh were both so patient with us and he was more than welcomed in the salon by all the girls! Thank you so much for always providing a great experience every single time xx

I had my nails done today at Beauty by Karen Holmes, and I’m absolutely delighted with them! From the moment I arrived, Karen made me feel so welcome — especially as I’ve just moved to Hamilton and was looking for a new beauty therapist. She took her time, paid so much attention to detail, and the finish is perfect. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend x

Stacey listened carefully to where my aches and pains were and she tailored her treatment to address these. She was very friendly and the salon is a lovely space.

Tina was very welcoming , very friendly and her beauty space was lovely and welcoming. Will defo be back for more treatments in the near future.
