I had PRP with Saema for the first time and was really nervous as I’m terrified of needles, but she made the whole experience so comfortable. She was warm, friendly and professional, kept me cosy, offered me tea and explained every step. As a nurse, I was impressed by how gently she took my bloods, she found the vein straight away and I barely felt anything. She checked on me constantly and managed my pain throughout the appointment.
