My hairdresser was Danielle Ravenheart and honestly I was dragging my feet to write this review because she's exceptional and I want her to myself. She's a curl specialist wizard, I have 3a,3b and 2c curly hair and haven't gotten a haircut I was happy with in genuinely years, and no hairdresser I ever went to understood how to cut my hair or how to flatter my face. Through wizardry or extreme skill who's to say how she transformed my hair fully,I've never gotten a haircut that flattered my face so beautifully. I told her my goals and she knew what to do without me even knowing what to ask for!

Never been to a place that was so friendly . Yana was my tech and she did my service after carefully explaining everything. She was very patient and kind. I felt like this was the best treatment I’ve had yet and feel so comfortable returning back. Thank you Yana for making my visit so wonderful and helping me leave happy.

This was the most amazing facial I’ve ever received! I was super surprised to get a full upper back and neck massage and such in dearth pore cleansing. I was totally relaxed and loved every second! Thank you Kateryna!

Danielle was so lovely! She did a great cut on me and asked me lots of questions before starting and throughout the cut to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I had such a great time chatting with her and the salon was very cute and tidy. I would come again!

Always the best salon in cloverdale

Amazing! I never go to salons due to trust issues but my hair was beyond my abilities. I needed a colour correction due to my own poor work leaving my hair badly damaged with a variety of faded colours and different levels of bleached hair. Danielle was absolutely amazing! She kept the length to what I was comfortable with and was non judgemental with my mess of hair. I left with the most beautifully coloured hair and feeling great! Absolutely recommend! I will be returning. Might also get a manicure next time to complete the transformation.

Sabrina once again sent me to Cloud 9 and allowed me escape for a wonderfully filled 90 minutes. I relished in pure bliss letting my mind, body and skin completely relax and rejuvenate and my soul heal. Thank you Dear S for another much needed mini-day vacation! Cari :-)

Needed an emergency finger nail repair on most of my nails! Annie accommodated me and worked on my mani/gel overlay repair………unfortunately I had a few run ins with my suitcases on my vacation and she did an amazing job!….they look better than new!…so thank you Annie! Very nice but polish applied differently leaving a small ‘border’ which looks ‘dark’ making my toes look dirty. I love supporting Ukraine but would have appreciated more English.
