This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

Stephany is just simply the BEST!!! I was happy when I found her again! I was dead set against getting a Brazilian and after talking about it with her at my previous appointment I was actually looking forward to getting one. I am so happy I went through with it, I was always afraid mainly because of my body and a little fearful of the pain. Stephany is so professional, she talks you through everything and really, genuinely cares about your well being. Just got microneedling (second time getting it) done with one of elvas new estiticians, she was nice, friendly and took her time during the appointment. Minimal redness and I can't wait to see the full results in the next few weeks. Will definitely come back and get this done again.

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.
