What I really liked was how much care she puts into her work—she doesn’t rush and makes sure you’re relaxed the whole time. The constant aches, pains, and inflammation I usually deal with started to ease within a few hours, and the relief lasted throughout the weekend. I even managed to sleep through the night, which is a rarity for me. Both my body and mind feel rejuvenated! This is definitely something I’ll be doing again, and I highly recommend it.
