I had an incredible experience with Genevieve!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was both gentle and effective — I could literally feel the tension and heaviness melt away during the lymphatic drainage massage. She took time to explain everything and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

I would say 10/10. Been to many massage therapists and 100s of massage sessions before visiting to Gen at Muscle & Mind. Prior sessions were good but not great as one with Gen at Muscle & Mind. She really does know her job very well. Initial consultation before session in beginning does help a lot to explain yourself that what results you are looking for and where your body is struggling. Then on massage table she does an amazing job. The pressure she applies is bliss. Overall I had an amazing massage and relief. It was beautiful and a very healing experience. Regards to Gen

Had the pleasure of having my first Massage at Sunda this morning and it was absolutely bliss. The Therapist Best was so attentive and made me feel like in was in heaven. Attention to detail with lighting room warm was just spot on. Foot soak was luxurious and omg amazing massage and back scrub was just to die for. Cuppa Hot Tea added class to the amazing ambiance. Definitely treated like a Queen. Highly recommend this place to all family and friends and worth every cent. Thank you again Best for making my few hours most enjoyable
