Jas was a fantastic therapist, you wouldn't of even know she was in the room. I had an 1 1/2 massage / facial, I walked out feeling so relaxed, I think I may have even of had a couple of micro naps. My skin feels amazing, great products, purchased a couple for home.

Lymphatic massage was good, therapist was lovely however was scheduled for 45 mins and only received 30 min massage. Did query at the time but was assured I had received a 45 min massage, even though between arriving, waiting and leaving I had not been on the premises 40 mins.

Accommodated my request for no mint products. Dermaplaning was fine. Massage was great! Hadn't done an LED mask before - would not recommend the red (too blindingly bright), but the green was no problem. Think there used to be a hydrogel mask add-on instead of the LED, but that wasn't on the list this time - I might request that instead of the LED if it's customisable next time.

Facial was great. Really enjoyed it, and the accompanying massage. Would have loved if the massage pushed down to the shoulders a little and had a little less arms massage, but I still fully relaxed and nearly fell asleep!

I was provided with lots of education on the services I was getting, fat cavitation and RF skin tightening. As someone with low pain tolerance, both treatments were painless and felt more like a warm massage! I can see a difference after each treatment!
