As someone who loves massages and has tried many across Asia, including Thailand and Bali, I can honestly say this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. The place is spotless, the staff are kind and professional, and it’s a perfect choice for women because they truly respect privacy. The massage oils are high quality and smell amazing. I had a full body massage today and it was absolutely wonderful. Belindah was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Fantastic experience at Salon 971! Honey gave me one of the best full body massages I've had. I usually avoid massages in salons because of the noise, but the treatment rooms are so well separated that all I could hear was relaxing music. I completely switched off. I also had a blowdry with Shirly. She convinced me to try waves for my dinner, even though my fine hair usually doesn't hold them. I'm so glad I trusted her as they looked amazing and I received compliments all evening. Thank you Honey & Shirly!

I went in for a full-head balayage, root lightening and a trim, and I’m really happy with the result. Lily was brilliant — incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She really listened to what I wanted and I felt I was in very safe hands. The salon itself is lovely: clean, welcoming and friendly, with a really relaxed atmosphere. I had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely come back. Highly recommend Lily and The Den!
