Palm is an incredibly kind host. She is very professional and experienced, and it shows in the quality of treatments she offers. I have been many times to Natural Palm Day Spa for various treatments (foot reflexology, Swedish Deep tissue massages, Aromatherapy oil massage etc.) and lately I have had the pleasure to book myself in for a facial. Palm uses amazing products and blends and makes her masks fresh! 9 hours later my face and décolletage are still feeling amazing and soft. Thank you Natural Palm Day Spa! I will be back :)

Staff are always so polite and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing and I love starting off with a foot soak as it makes me feel relaxed and clean. There is a variety of massage types and time lengths. My favourite is the foot massage and acupressure full body massage. Also the delicious cup of tea helps round off the experience nicely.

My masseuse was very good with hitting the right spots. The only negative feedback I have was it ran 15mins short….7pm-8:25pm and I was told to turn over, had a bit of a head massage and then that was it… it was an awkward finish and didn’t really feel like a full body massage at that point… Also, maybe have some music playing was really awkward trying to relax while getting the foot massage and all you hear is the noise of outside your shop… restaurant noises. I am a local and been to you guys a few times, second unfortunate experience with you guys.

I visited Cairns with two friends and recommend a massage by Foot and Body after we finished a hike. Foot and Body did not disappoint! We had a couples massage as we are visiting Cairns on holidays - Googled Massage and Foot and Body came up - reviews were great and the service right from the start with a foot spa prior to the commencement of the massage was relaxing! We booked 90 mins and I was wishing I had booked the 2 hrs! We would certainly love to visit again but heading back home to the farm in NSW tomorrow! Thanks Cairns Foot and Body!!

Both of us enjoyed our relaxation massages from both therapists. Great rooms, nice atmosphere, very affordable treatments, professional massage therapists, cannot fault anything. Especially enjoyed the complimentary foot spa beforehand, the hot towel and honey and ginger tea afterwards! Perfect way to end our honeymoon, thanks so much!

MJ & Francesca exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend having the indian head massage, aroma facial and reflexology foot spa. Two hours of complete bliss. This was an absolutely fabulous experience. I had a Revitalising Spa Package for 2 hours with an added foot massage, and it couldn’t have been better. Tanya was wonderful and everything was done so well and so professionally. By the end of my package experience I was so relaxed I was practically melting. Excellent service all round. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Also, the online booking system and reminders were simple and very user friendly. I’ll definitely come back if I’m back in Cairns. I’m only sad I’m not expected back in town for another year.

The music, mood lighting, sublime massage table and decor, together with a much appreciated and relaxing massage was a lovely experience.

I had an incredible massage with Palm, a very experienced masseuse who knows how to 'read' the body. It was both relaxing and deeply healing, releasing all the tension in my back and neck. I highly recommend her.
