I don’t mind paying high price for really quality service- The Hair was silky smooth and the guy was really fast and knowing how to work a long curly hair like mine. The Girls Jess and Jane are beyond sweet and caring my nails never looked that perfect even the color they choose for me was EPIC!!!! Love the entire experience 100%

Absolutely amazing experience. Got keratin treatment done for my hair. Dani at reception was very helpful in explaining and booking the appointment. There was no wait when I reached. Auddie did the procedure. He was fabulous to say the least. The hair ironing specially was done meticulously by him on my fairly long hair. He was friendly and treated my hair with love. Coffee was offered thrice and finally i took one. The cleaning staff whose name I forgot was also great in conversing while I was taking a comp massage on the superb massage chair. He treated me like a guest more than a customer.

Indu is the best and she works from her heart. Today I tried body massage with coffee scrub, it feels so relaxing and addicting. Not only smoothen the skin, but by combining with a strong massage it releases the muscle tension. Everyone must try especially after tiring days at work. Highly recommended!

What an amazing and relaxing massage from Dewi. It was my first time to book with Rayya in Al Jaddaf as I had good experience from another branch. The facility was clean and ambient, sauna and steam room was big enough for 3 persons, and the massage was so good it relieved me from my hectic schedule recently. This is one amongst many sessions to come and I could guarantee a frequent customer here. Thanks Dewi and lovely receptionist.

Ali was the best I experienced so far. The only star missing is, because they gave me 12 noon appointment and called me at 1, when questioned over call, there was no explanation or apology, the person was like, are u coming now or no. That is very rude and not close to any level of customer service. I decided to visit and remove them from my list, forever, but Ali the person who cut my hairs, changed my view. Will go back for him.

The massage I get from Eva is superb. She has relieved me of my neck pain and back strain due to stress from work. The massage is worth coming back for. The Salon as well is clean, well lighted and equipped. The staff are enough to service the number of clients they have whether they are walk in or with appointments.
