It has been great to be serviced by therapist May. However, i am shock to know that she may be leaving by October due to unforeseen circumstances. It is sad to hear that as she has been a very attentive and caring personnel that can built rapport with customer which i thought is an asset to the organization. I have previously swapped from dhoby ghaut to orchard gateway for my treatments in order to follow her when i heard she was assigned to the gateway outlet. I will likely cease my current subscription since she may no longer be here.

My appointment today is to do fat freeze to my lower back and thighs. I am always very shy when I’m doing my thighs as there are bad stretch marks there. The consultants here are very friendly and professional. Making me feeling very comfortable with the service. Thank you very much.

I love coming here for their Emshape and Fat Freeze! Really helps so much! The therapists aren't pushy at all, which makes me so at ease to be here. Al of them are really friendly. And I do not need to worry anyone asking me to sign any packages. Kate attended to me yesterday and I do like how precise and accurate she is with placing the Emshape thing on my tummy, making sure I'm comfortable. I will continue coming here for sure 😊😊

Today I done my Emshape and Fat freeze together. It was really wonderful and I really liked it. Even though results takes time but I am very sure it works! I'll be coming back for sure. My therapist Su Jun is professional and nice. I forgot the first therapist whom was putting on the Emshape device on me. She is great too as I realise it doesn't hurt at all 😃

Second fat freeze. No visible results yet. Some hiccup with the machines which eventually is sorted out

Did infrared rf today, haven’t seen any changes since first fat freeze, felt tummy got slightly bigger instead, hope it’s just temporary..

Went for my first fat freeze trial today. Used up both 2 sessions of trial because upper and lower tummy is counted as 2 parts. The procedure is 30 mins and felt numbness but not too painful. Hopefully will see results soon

Had been doing fat frezze and RF here for a long time. Staffs are friendly and skilled. measurement is taken every few months so you know if there's improvement. Although, i think it's pretty obvious that my thigh get smaller... i want it to reduce further.

Was served by Else today. She’s very patient with all my questions regarding Fatfreeze treatment and guided me on what to do post treatment.

Good but it'll be better if Kosme helps to massage the fat freeze area immediately for 2mins for better results.

Flawless customer service from start to end. Did the fat freezing instead of the Em shaping as its more suitable for me. My therapist, May is great at explaining all the details before the start of the session. Treatment was tolerable and I need at least 4 sessions. Signed up on the membership too. No hard selling and no pressure.
