Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

I've been coming to Ash for a fair few years now, and she is so personable that she is someone a call a very lovely friend - her treatments and professionalism are always first class. Would highly recommend Jo for laser hair removal, I had thought about it for so long and finaly decided to try it and within the first few sessions there was already a massive difference, I have completed a block booking of 8 treatments and couldn't be happier with the outcome, I only wish I had done it sooner!
