I cannot describe how relaxing, rejuvenating and healing the experience was! I left not only looking transformed but feeling like a new person. My skin looks years younger, fresh and radiant! I have been seeing Lynn for a couple years now and her hands are otherworldly. Every touch, every movement, nourishes you and is done with intent. I have never not fallen asleep on her table. Whether it's a few seconds, or a few minutes, I don't know, but as a teacher and mother of a 4 year old, I don't think I ever rest as deeply as I do in those moments. I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. I had a much needed self care time thanks to Tasha, she has worked on my skin twice and so far, and she’s only getting better each time. Her ability to converse with me while working on my face and still giving me room to be relaxed and sleep a little is honestly the best when getting a facial. She has helped me tweaked my skincare routine to see my skin more elevated by offering the best but affordable products for my skin type. I highly recommend sticking with her even though she is new, she has shown so much growth and I haze zero complaints.

My experience with Suzy Zelly was magical. She works intuitively to heal and replenish the skin. Her facials are legendary And are priceless!

We arrived to an unexpected staffing issue that could've derailed my friend's and my joint take-care-of-us day. But the staff and owner couldn't have been better about figuring it out and providing each of us with the treatments we came in for—massage w/Marisa for me and facial with Kelley for my friend—that refreshed & energized.
