I have been seeing Lynn for a couple years now and her hands are otherworldly. Every touch, every movement, nourishes you and is done with intent. I have never not fallen asleep on her table. Whether it's a few seconds, or a few minutes, I don't know, but as a teacher and mother of a 4 year old, I don't think I ever rest as deeply as I do in those moments. I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. I had a much needed self care time thanks to Tasha, she has worked on my skin twice and so far, and she’s only getting better each time. Her ability to converse with me while working on my face and still giving me room to be relaxed and sleep a little is honestly the best when getting a facial. She has helped me tweaked my skincare routine to see my skin more elevated by offering the best but affordable products for my skin type. I have full trust that Lynn will provide exactly what my skin and body need! I've been seeing Lynn for facials for 2 years, with this being my first fully lymphatic/fascia release treatment. It was absolutely incredible - I have never felt more zen (I fell asleep for an hour!) I've had acne on and off for years, and she has taught me so much about my skin type and nourishment for healing. She is so generous with her knowledge and time!!

This is my first time getting a holistic facial, and it truly opened my heart. I love being as organic and close to spirit as possible and it was all of those things and more!
