Place looked so tranquil inside. Me and my mother got facials. They were so delightful and relaxing. The girls that did them were so kind. The products they used felt wonderful and our skin looked so refreshed. Would definitely come again!

This was my first time at MasonWells and I can't wait to go back! I booked the Solo Escape and had the hydrotherapy lounge to myself for a full half hour (when they say cold pool they mean COLD!), it was perfect. Then we did mani/pedi and Maggie was fantastic! Great conversation and quality nail work. She also did my facial at the end of my visit and it was superb! I fell asleep it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Lori did my massage and I'm convinced she's magical. I definitely felt it while she was working all the knots out of my upper back, but now I feel superhuman. 10/10

Elaine gave me an incredible Mason Wells experience! She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through everything she was doing made me feel at ease. Then when we transitioned to my facial she changed the vibe and everything was serene and calm. I will definitely be returning!

All of the staff are helpful, courtesy, and caring. I enjoyed my visit so much. I used the hydrolounge. It was very refreshing. Then I had a massage and a facial. Wow! Great service options and great people!!!!

Came in for the Mommy-To-Be package which included a Manicure, Pedicure, Facial and Pre-Natal message! Maggie did a great job on my Mani and Pedi! I enjoyed starting there with fun and light conversation! Then Jenni performed my pre-natal message. It was incredibly relaxing for my first message. Then wrapping up my day with Emma for a custom facial. She was so professional and gave an incredibly relaxing and informative facial. I will be booking services again with all of these ladies! Thank you for an afternoon of much needed relaxation.

Exceptional customer service and great quality cosmetology services. I have been getting haircuts here for over 10 years. Janet and Brenda keep the place well managed. Molly is an excellent hair stylist. I’ve also given my wife gift certificates for facials by Ashley and she loves those. This is our go to place.

Molly did a great job with my son Grayson’s first haircut! She made it into a playful event that he loved and wasn’t scared of scissors or her at all. Will definitely be taking him back for all haircuts coming in the future! She did a great job making it as even as possible with him moving around so much. Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!

I had the most incredible experience at this wellness spa today. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt calm, welcoming, and intentional. My pedicure with Kade was amazing so detailed and unhurried. He was attentive, gentle, and made sure every part of the service felt relaxing instead of rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft. My massage with Shelby was just as phenomenal. She was incredibly intentional with her technique and pressure, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. It wasn’t just a massage it felt therapeutic and restorative.
