I came into Garden Massage after tweaking my lower back and was in pretty desperate need of relief. Rianna, my massage therapist, was absolutely fantastic. I explained the pain I was feeling, and she immediately tuned in with deep, focused, therapeutic work that hit exactly the right spots. By the end of the session, I felt a noticeable release of tension and my back was already feeling significantly better. I am not comfortable with feet. My feet, young feet, old feet, etc. Gross -- So I really questioned whether my reflexology appointment would go well -- I've never been more comfortable with someone messing with my feet. An intellectual conversation was kept through the whole appointment and I don't think I thought about what she was actually doing - Touching my feet!! I am returning in a couple weeks for a deep tissue massage with Elisabeth again because if traditional medicine is not working, alternate options need to be tried! Super cool, super friendly. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth was very kind, professional and did a great job overall. Sometimes you take little things like massages for granted, at least I do.. just to be reminded of why you should’ve been in a lot sooner (Your mind and body will very much thank you). I will definitely be returning as a long-term customer! Coming from someone who’s body usually does not like them on a daily basis, ie. Marine veteran, it‘s nice to have some pain relief. It’s something you don’t realize you need until you realize what “normal” is supposed to feel like lol.
