I am not comfortable with feet. My feet, young feet, old feet, etc. Gross -- So I really questioned whether my reflexology appointment would go well -- I've never been more comfortable with someone messing with my feet. An intellectual conversation was kept through the whole appointment and I don't think I thought about what she was actually doing - Touching my feet!! I am returning in a couple weeks for a deep tissue massage with Elisabeth again because if traditional medicine is not working, alternate options need to be tried! Super cool, super friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been experiencing chronic pain in my shoulder due to muscle tension. I’m so tired of people offering “deep tissue massage,” then gently massaging my back with fairy dust fingers. I booked with Rianna lowkey expecting more of the same. I was wrong. If you are looking for a true deep tissue massage I 12/10 recommend. She is very mindful and intuitive about the pressure applied but definitely capable of deep tissue. My shoulder pain dramatically decreased overnight and I look forward to booking again!
