Rina is very meticulous, skilful and friendly, she explains every step and discuss what is best suitable for my sensitive skin condition during each session! So far my acne problem has improved tremendously. She is not pushy, the prices are reasonable and the ambience is cozy. I’m so happy MIAU studio has opened this location in Jalan Tua Kong! I live in Siglap and have not been able to find a cat-only groomer within walking distance to where I live. The prices are transparent and reasonable, and the quality of the grooming was great too. Celia was also patient and knowledgeable, and didn’t shoo me away even though I was lurking around peeping at my cat getting groomed 😆

Very cozy set up, tried the Cell Cure 4T Plus facial today! It was an interesting experience. After 1 session my face is tighter and jawline is more defined! Go try it for yourself! :)

Quni was very meticulous and gentle during the extraction process. My skin feels very unclogged after the facial. The microneedling facial was a little uncomfortable in certain areas of my face but she was very aware when I feel uncomfortable and managed the machine well.

Convenient location and reasonable pricing! The Hexacube studio is super pretty and clean, felt very comfortable and relaxing upon entering the store with dim lights and relaxing background music playing. Tried their facial previously enjoyed the session alot, my skin felt very fresh and clean, also felt very refreshed. Today I decided to try their hair spa treatment, and omg I think this will be my go to whenever i need a self pampering session. The 1hr treatment felt soooooo good, after the session my hair was smooth and silky with a very clean scalp. Will definitely recommend my friends

Wonderdul experience. Very client-centered. They geniunely listened to my skin concerns and provided feedback on what options best fit my goals. I never felt pressure or upsold on treatments. Atmosphere was calming and the treatments are well done by professionals. So far, I've tried the lhala peel, aqua-facial, and dep skin booster. Great experience at NEAU :) I don't do facials often, but decided to go for one after experiencing dry skin for some time. Dawn was meticulous and gentle, and she took care to ensure that my experience was comfortable and smooth. Appreciate the detailed analysis done by Karen too. The place was clean and calming as well. Believe I'll be back again :)
